loadWPKernelConfig()?

Optional: Custom function to load the WPKernel configuration.

Locate and load the project's wpk configuration.

The function searches for supported config files, executes them via cosmiconfig loaders, validates the resulting structure, and returns the canonicalised configuration metadata.
